Summers Method

 

Overview

Summers Method is both a sports performance facility in Clearwater, FL and the brand for Thomas Summers. Thomas is a baseball and softball sports performance coach who offers both in-person and online training services.

In order to maximize potential reach and revenue, without increasing the required time or work at the physical facility, a push for Thomas’s online training products was the decided move. Therefore, we implemented the following initiatives:

  1. Optimize website (see website)

  2. Revamp online program(s)

  3. Execute marketing campaign

Our main goal was and still is to increase revenue for Thomas but due to a lack of previous initiatives and internal lists we decided to focus on the following:

  1. Building overall awareness

  2. Generating leads for internal lists

  3. Capturing feedback and testimonials

By doing so, we’re creating social proof, enabling retargeting, and establishing trust through real results.

RESULTS

Note, this campaign is ongoing and these results were captured during the fifth week of the campaign. Up to this point, we have only utilized organic content and paid traffic. We have not implemented email marketing, retargeting, or other marketing strategies. Variables tested so far include the audience and length of media.

  • Leads: 949 email opt-ins

  • Online Students: 102 new active students

  • Revenue: 3x ad spend
